Can you handle just one part of our event?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with AV, artists or gifting alone. You get the same crew and the same standards whether we run one service or the whole event.

Do you work outside Hyderabad?

Yes. We run events in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai, and abroad, with our own crew travelling with the kit.

Is the AV equipment your own?

Yes. Sound, lighting, LED walls and staging come from our own inventory and are run by our own technicians, so nothing on show day depends on a subcontractor.

How early should we brief you?

As early as you can. For annual days and launches, a couple of months gives you the best venue options. Smaller events and single services can move faster.

How does the quote work?

After the brief you get one itemised quote that covers every service you choose, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
